The property was clean and staff was super-friendly and exceptionally nice. The breakfast was satisfactory and had lots of meals. I found the hotel's location marvellous and brilliant, right by a peaceful area, surrounded by nature, the Burgenstock and Switzerland. It also was in Spices restaurant at the resort.

Wonderful property, has very attentive staff at the check-out. Extra large bed in twin room with a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. Good food and free soft drinks. Incredible location in Burgenstock, right by snow capped mountains and the various bars and restaurants. Also, on top of mountain.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with extra large beds and petite balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In addition, the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of choices including the option to customize your own juice.
Everything was absolutely flawless, making for an unforgettable stay.
